Located on the 3rd floor without lift, the flat is fully equipped and has :
- 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds and 2 double beds
- a shower room ;
- and a fully equipped kitchen.
The following equipment will be at your disposal: Wi-Fi, toaster, senseo coffee machine, washing machine, oven, microwave, television, iron, fondue, refrigerator, crepe maker, raclette...
Bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning charge. A professional cleaning is done before and after each guest.
The accommodation is located in the town centre and close to all amenities: bars, restaurants, shops, ski and bike hire, cable cars, supermarkets, sports shops, ski schools... The ski area of Les Houches is 650 m away! So you can enjoy all the mountain activities: downhill skiing, cross-country skiing, ski touring, sledging, hiking...
You can also discover :
- the Lac des Chavants (15-20 minutes away on foot) with multiple activities possible in summer such as: climbing (cliff), fishing, petanque, games for children, orientation courses, rope pyramid, picnic...
- Chamonix (only 13 minutes away by car) for a trip to the Aiguille du Midi.
- and a ski rental shop "Cyprien Sport" is almost at the foot of the building.

## Emplacement
Close to the famous ski resort of Chamonix, famous for its location at the foot of Mont Blanc, the highest peak in Western Europe, Les Houches is a typical mountain village. Capital of mountaineering, Chamonix and its region are much more than a resort: 10 ski areas make up the valley, and many activities are offered in winter as well as in summer (snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, dog sledding, magnificent spa facing Mont Blanc, hiking to high altitude lakes, mountain biking...). Other tourist places are very popular: the Aiguille du Midi, the starting point for the mythical Vallée Blanche, invites you to a unique experience at an altitude of 3800m, or the Chemin de Fer du Montenvers, leading to the Mer de Glace. The latter is a valley of glaciers 7.5 km long. Spectacular landscapes are to be discovered all year long.
