A cozy, new 61-square-meter apartment, decorated in an Alpine Chic style, located in the center of the village of Les Houches (5 minutes from Chamonix). You’ll appreciate its many amenities, the unobstructed view of the Mont Blanc range and Merlet Park from the balcony, and especially its proximity to the ski lift (800 m), various shops, restaurants, and public transportation (50 m). Covered parking included. A high-end property to enjoy the valley year-round.
This fully private apartment consists of an entryway; a separate half-bath; a master bedroom (queen-size bed, TV) with an en-suite shower room; a second bedroom with its own bathroom (bathtub, washing machine, toilet). A large, bright living area completes this property, featuring a dining area, a fully equipped open kitchen (raclette & fondue set, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, blender, cake pans, etc.), and a living room (with a sofa bed) opening onto the terrace with its summer furniture.
Always available but never intrusive
The ideal location of this apartment is a real asset for making the most of your stay. You can reach the Bellevue ski lift on foot (800m) or by free shuttle. A bus stop, Carrefour Contact (supermarket), pharmacy, bank, and restaurants are all within 100m.
The bus stop is just 50m away, allowing you to explore Les Houches and reach the Mont Blanc Express station, giving you free access to the entire Chamonix valley thanks to our guest passes.
For guests arriving by car, enjoy the convenience of leaving your car in a covered parking space (1 spot) included with your stay. With the "Autoroute Blanche" less than 5 minutes away, you can easily reach the entire valley by car, as well as Geneva and Megève (45–60 minutes).

This little apartment was very cute and clean and right next to a bus stop and a grocery store. Easy walking distance to many restaurants. However it's about a 20 minute bus ride to Chamonix which was a little inconvenient. This is also advertised as a ski in/ski out location and that is not accurate. There are ski areas very close, about a 10-20 minute walk, but you can NOT ski directly from the apartment. The first night we were there, the instructions for heating said to set the thermostat and turn the radiator knobs. There was no thermostat on the wall, and the customer service was not very good about helping us figure out the heating. My friend and I were so cold the first night we slept in the same bed under two comforters. It was not until the next day someone called and we got it figured out. The water pressure in the apartment is also awful. There was barely enough water running to take a shower and there was no shower curtain so water got all over the bathroom when we were showering. The induction stovetop provided for cooking was difficult to figure out. After searching and reviewing manuals online we found that the induction top required a specific type of pan so the stove could sense a pan and stay on. Only 3 of the pots and pans provided were compatible with the stove top and the only pan that worked was missing a handle. We notified the customer service of this, but I don't think anything was done about it. I wouldn't recommend staying here.
