Close to snowboarding, snowmobiling, and more, this ski-in/ski-out apartment brings it all within reach. Les Houches Ski Resort is within an easy 14-minute walk and Tour du Mont Blanc is also a quick 10-minute walk away, so leave your car at the property, which offers onsite parking. If you're looking to expand your horizons and see other nearby locales, you can catch a train at Les Houches Station, a short 11-minute walk away.

As you settle into this 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom rental, you'll find a living room and a sofa bed. Connect to the free WiFi, or get cozy in front of the Smart TV; there's also a stereo. Bathroom amenities include a hair dryer and towels. Prepare a home-cooked meal in the kitchen, complete with an oven, a stovetop, and a refrigerator, as well as a coffee maker, a microwave, and cookware. And thanks to the washer and dryer, you'll even be able to travel light. Other amenities include bed sheets, an ironing board, heating, and a dining table.

This little apartment was very cute and clean and right next to a bus stop and a grocery store. Easy walking distance to many restaurants. However it's about a 20 minute bus ride to Chamonix which was a little inconvenient. This is also advertised as a ski in/ski out location and that is not accurate. There are ski areas very close, about a 10-20 minute walk, but you can NOT ski directly from the apartment. The first night we were there, the instructions for heating said to set the thermostat and turn the radiator knobs. There was no thermostat on the wall, and the customer service was not very good about helping us figure out the heating. My friend and I were so cold the first night we slept in the same bed under two comforters. It was not until the next day someone called and we got it figured out. The water pressure in the apartment is also awful. There was barely enough water running to take a shower and there was no shower curtain so water got all over the bathroom when we were showering. The induction stovetop provided for cooking was difficult to figure out. After searching and reviewing manuals online we found that the induction top required a specific type of pan so the stove could sense a pan and stay on. Only 3 of the pots and pans provided were compatible with the stove top and the only pan that worked was missing a handle. We notified the customer service of this, but I don't think anything was done about it. I wouldn't recommend staying here.
