Thermostat: Smart device set to comfort zone. Do not alter any setting.
Inspect the property upon check in immediately and bring any issues to the host attention.
Any drainage clogs during your stay will assess a $150 fee to have a plumber come and make repairs plus any repair costs.
Any missing or stolen items will be charged from the the deposit.

This was my first experience using VRBO, and staying at this property. Everything went great during our stay, we had zero issues. The home smelled amazing and was very clean. The master bathroom was probably the best part! Will definitely stay here again in the future!

This was a fabulous place to stay. Close to my son's place and convenient to all that Virginia Beach has to offer!! Very clean and nice decor. Great hosts, easy check-in and check-out! Will use again if need a place to stay!

This is a cute condo. We stayed there for four short days. It's very clean and comfortable. I would recommend the owners add a toaster, scissors, and a collander to the kitchen accessories. We highly recommend this property.

Loved the quiet secluded area and location. Needed services were conveniently located. All amenities were fine although kitchen could use more dishware and silverware. Thanks for supplying the grill.
