This bright and modern 3-bedroom, 3.5-bath townhome in the heart of Norfolk is perfect for 30+ day stays. Whether you’re a relocating family, traveling professional, or on assignment, you’ll enjoy comfort, space, and convenience in a fully furnished setting.

• Open floor plan with abundant natural light
• Fully equipped kitchen stocked with cookware, dishes, and essentials
• High-speed Wi-Fi and Smart TV for work or relaxation
• In-unit washer and dryer for your convenience
• Convenient location near Old Dominion University, naval bases, shopping, and dining
Pet Policy:
We welcome house-trained dogs with prior approval.
• Pet fee: $100 per 10 nights or $250/month
• Restrictions: No puppies or cats allowed
• Dogs must be crated when left unattended
• Dogs may not be left in the backyard unsupervised
• $50 pet waste fee applies if waste is not cleaned up
• Pets must be pre-approved or a fine equal to double the pet fee per night will apply
Please note: This home allows dogs and is professionally cleaned between stays with air filters changed regularly. Guests with severe allergies should assess suitability before booking.
Property Notes:
• No access to the balcony or garage
• Backyard is accessed by going out the front door and around the side of the home
Security Devices:
• Exterior motion-activated security cameras (video & audio recording)
• Interior decibel monitoring device (does not record conversations; measures noise levels only to prevent unauthorized gatherings)
Long-Term Stays (90+ Days):
For bookings over 90 days, an application, screening, signed lease, and $1,000 security deposit are required. These stays are brokered through Sojourn Realty—contact us for more details.

Host was fantastic - communicated quickly and checked on us to make sure all was to our satisfaction. Easy check-in process.
Convenient to East Beach (Norfolk) and not too far when we decided to go to Ocean Front. Plenty of great restaurant options and things to do nearby. Definitely recommend!
