My best friend of 35 years and I, along with our children, rented the house for an extended Memorial Day weekend. The house was completely acceptable, the neighborhood was quiet, had a local feel, and was overall very central to everything. 15 minutes to ocean (need to drive), 15 minutes to the bay beach (Chic's Beach- highly recommended if you like a calmer scene) and 5 minutes to the town center where you can find shopping, restaurants and entertainment. Multiple grocery options, Wegmen's, Food Lion and Whole Foods, all close. It was a great time Josh was helpful when we had questions. The only item I would say caught us off guard was that there is someone living in another part of the house, a mother daughter apt kind of, and that wasn't really specified or clarified initially or in listing. No interaction with the person, very quiet and respectful, we were probably louder.
Overall I would say it was great and perfectly enjoyable.

Overall the property was accomodating for our group. Each got their own rooms and we enjoyed the main living room seating. The place did seem a little run down upon further inspection; Owners were very quick to respond to requests.
