Detached, all-inclusive house on a fully private, enclosed property.

Entrance, living room with open fireplace (first basket of wood included), living room (TV), kitchen and utility room, bedroom (double bed 140 cm), shower room, separate toilet, lounge/office.
Attic floor:
Two single beds 90 cm and an office on the landing, en-suite bedroom (double bed 140 cm).
Terrace under a gazebo with garden furniture and deckchairs.
Unfenced pond with ornamental carp (50 cm deep). Bicycle and motorcycle storage available.
Small dogs welcome upon request. A superb garden all to yourself! "Le manoir" is the name of this beautiful farmhouse with direct access from a gate to the Saint Evroult national forest. Hikers will be delighted. A very good restaurant is located in the small village, 600 meters away. St Evroult Notre Dame du Bois leisure center (tree climbing, zip line, fishing, mini golf, etc.) and shops are 5 km away.
