The location of the Marina makes access easy for coming and going and it is remote enough that it is very quiet. The outside veranda seating area was a very nice visiting area in the evenings when the heat and humidity were low and there was a fair breeze to make the sail boat shrouds sing and the shackles clang (an extra peaceful sound to me). The room was quite spacious for a studio. It was immaculately clean. All the necessary creature comforts were present, easy to find, and there were supplies available for kitchen housekeeping. Alyssa, an office management person, was very helpful and prompt solving any issues. She is a treasure. Both staff personnel are well versed on what is available for entertainment as well as the better places to dine. We would stay there again in a heartbeat.

We visited the Middle Keys to do some snorkeling and restaurant hopping and this location was a perfect accomodation for the two of us! Very close to plenty of restaurants and bars, nice docks to walk on and look for fish, and comfortable inside with full bathroom and fully equipped kitchen.
