All funds collected are nonrefundable for cancellations within 30 days of arrival.
The guest named on the rental agreement is the only one who may cancel the reservation.

Location was great, condo was spacious, beds comfy, screened in balcony was amazing! Check in was very easy! Texted & emailed all info, had gate number & room code, so when we arrived at 3:45AM, we were able to pull in & crash. Would definitely recommend!

We stayed for a week at the beginning of lobster season. The condo is spacious and well furnished. It was great to be able to utilize the amenities at the Faro Blanco resort next door as well

would do it again......the checkout is a bit tough, be out by 10 and do 2 loads of laundry by then....put up diswasher, etc....

We have stayed in another condo in this complex for many years. This unit is very dated.The shower doors were most disappointing as they are very old with a lot of staining & the master shower door had the inside handle broken off and very dangerous. The shiny tile floor was also slippery.
