Lake view family friendly paradise

The house is very spacious the backyard was very nice and Britney was a great host in keeping up with communication

We’ve stayed in over 15 Vrbo homes over the past several years and this one was surprisingly disappointing. First of all there is normally some sort of welcome/info book. I realize nowadays a lot of things are digital, but this particular item is very helpful when visiting someone else’s home. It usually has the Wi-Fi password, the checkout instructions in detail, sometimes they’ll put in the closest grocery store or restaurant recommendations, and other important information about the property like trash day and pool cleaning day. The Wi-Fi password was provided but nothing else. The property manager did text me about trash day at which point I asked her which day the pool man came. Usually when we rent a house with a pool, there are lounge chairs outside, there were none at this house. The decking surrounding the pool really needs resurfacing. It’s crumbling up in a lot of places. The outside property itself was not very clean. Inside there are ceiling fans with no functional chain to turn off or unreachable to adjust speed. The kitchen trash can is so small we had to empty it daily (family of 4). There is NO DOOR to the toilet in the master bathroom! I don't care how comfortable you are with your spouse/partner etc. No one wants to sit exposed on the toilet! In that bathroom there is a decorative glass block wall with direct sun exposure so for most of the day, you cannot see yourself in the mirror to get ready, etc due to the harsh light. House needs some work.
