We have stayed at many places and this one was perfect. Most of our stays required three bedrooms. This trip required four and with the bed sizes... it was just right. The house is smaller/compact, but the layout makes it seem very spacious. Beds really comfy/roomy and ceiling fans keep rooms cool. Kitchen has just enough essentials for cooking. Pool looked very nice but was too cool to use this time of year. We took advantage of the hot tub instead. Owner provided good instructions for use of the home. Property manager, Missy, immediately responded to our need to get the A/C going (short city power outage just prior to arrival) and had it up and running within an hour. This home is out of town but close enough to the new Riviera launch that we used. Neighborhood is very quiet and uncrowded/uncluttered. Side of the house boat parking a HUGE plus! We are already planning our next trip and will be booking again!
