About this house rental
Charming south side 3 bedroom, 2 bath, nicely furnished home in quiet cul-de-sac. Included is 2 car garage spots (owner may have vehicles in the 3rd spot boat deep garage area) side RV parking with hookups, Wi-Fi, Internet TV and surround sound. Perfect for the vacationing families or couples who love to boat on the lake, fish, and later relax in the private pool and barbecue on the patio grill after a fun day on the lake, at the beach or ATV'ing in the desert. Master en suite (king) with 2 more bedrooms (queen and 2 twins) and a sofa sleeper to sleep up to 8 adults. Children are welcome, but please note this is a private swimming pool and does not have fencing for young children. No smoking and no pets please. Pool heating depends on length of stay and usage (usage fee may apply). Owners may have the master closet locked.

There are restaurants between 2-5 miles away plus more down by the lake which is just a quick drive from the south end of town. Our favorite steak house, Montana Steak House, and a good sized Basha’s grocery store are only a 6-minute drive away. The Spot, a 4 minute drive, has pizza and games for the whole family to enjoy.
There is a ring camera doorbell at the front door and an outside camera on the garage side of house. The motion detectors will be inactive after your arrival and will not be monitored during your stay.
There’s also a ring camera light on the pool shed which needs to be turned off by the guest with the switch inside the pool shed so the camera is off and then turned back on at departure.

5 of us spent two days in Havasu and this home worked perfectly everything we needed and then some was provided. Amazing communication and I would not hesitate to stay there again.

Clean, well equipped unit. Pool area was smaller than expected but worked perfect for the two of us. Was clean and well maintained. Comfortable outdoor chairs/loungers. Only complaint was the bedding and towels did not smell good so we re-washed them with our detergent/softner. Overall, very pleased with this unit, all instructions and communications. Will likely be back!
