Must be at least 24 years old to rent this property due to insurance reasons this home cannot be rented to anyone under the age of 24. We do not allow 3rd party bookings. You must rent the home for yourself and your guests. This will cause immediate cancellation to your stay.

This is indeed a nice place to stay in. While there were a few minor issues, the hosts were quick to respond and take care of any issues. I would stay here again!

First time to Lake Havasu. The town was very clean and nice. The home was in a good location nice neighborhood. The home was like new and well maintained and furnished. The only thing was the outside furniture was not usable. We do plan on going back and would like to rent this home again.
