This super clean home has a beautiful,tranquil pool with margarita table for those hot Havasu days. Saddleback is very welcoming and spacious home, it has an open floor plan with 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths. The interior is comfortable with plenty of room to relax after a long day out on the lake or riding during the off season. The home is equipped with a shuffleboard for your entertainment and a BBQ out in the covered patio. Located near the exclusive Lake Havasu Estates neighborhood. Close to the golf course, 10 minutes away from the Marina and Havasu's downtown area. Now, only five minutes away from The Havasu Riviera Launch!

The home was clean pet friendly and large with open space for everyone it really has 2 mast suites. We realy enjoyed ourselves in this home thank you Steve . 5 stars....

We had a great time in havasu. We arrived earlier than expected and Steve without hesitation allowed us to drop off our things and cool down before heading to the lake. The house was clean and very welcoming. I would definitely recommend the house. And Steve is just amazing
