The caravan is a great dog friendly option for people and in a good location to access the coastal areas by car. We had a great stay and found the caravan adequate for what we wanted.
The caravan is a little dated with some bits that could do with fixing and updating (e.g. curtains fall off runners, advertised as having a Wii system but the controllers don't work, hole in one of the bedroom floors under drawers, bits falling off the cupboard doors, TV in bedroom doesn't work), the place just needs a little TLC. The beds are very uncomfortable.

The couch was amazingly comfortable
Plant fell over and blocked the stairs (it was a bramble)
The neighbour was loud all day and night
And the shower door was missing

The caravan was warm and comfortable, and in a convenient location.
The caravan was dirty- there was dust over everything and bits of rubbish from previous guests. Worst of all, there were pills left in one of the bedrooms! There were several things broken in the caravan. The neighbours caravan was teaming with rubbish and they were extremely loud and disruptive.
