Stavros Cape Livas Sunset Villa

Very nice location on a peninsula, private, and close to chora. Easy parking on site. The grounds are large and very well maintained and the property is beautiful. Also the property appeared recently done, fresh, very clean, and well equipped (though some aspects are still to be done it seemed). The upstairs space was very nice, spacious, bright, with nice decorative touches. Beautiful house overall. Our host Karen was very attentive and made us feel at home.

A disappointment for us was the view. The location is premium but the view is quite obstructed by trees when you sit at the terrace, and also felt somewhat boxed-in by the adjacent buildings. Also when it is windy (which it often is in Tinos), it gets extremely windy at that location. It was very difficult to spend time at the terrace without the wind panels (roll-down clear panels on the side of the terrace). Also good to know there is air-conditioning only in the master bedroom, though we did not need it upstairs.
