Η τοποθεσία ήταν υπέροχη ! Όπως και το μέγεθος του σπιτιού εκτός από την μια κρεβατοκάμαρα. Υπέροχο μπαλκόνι και θέα που όμως όταν φυσάει ( στην Τήνο σχεδόν πάντα φυσάει)δεν έχει προβλεφθεί να γίνει κάποια κατασκευή για να κόβει ο αέρας !

Το ένα δωμάτιο έβλεπε σε τοίχο και ήταν σκοτεινό και πολύ μικρό. Και τα δύο μπάνια ήταν πολύ μικρά με υγρασία και μύριζαν μούχλα συνεχώς . Τα κουφώματα ήταν παλιά και έμπαινε αέρας από τα κενά. Το χάλι και ο καναπές ήταν λεκιασμένος που σημαίνει ότι δεν είχε καθαριστεί όπως έπρεπε. Το μπαλκόνι παρόλο που είχε φανταστική θέα δεν μπορέσαμε να κάτσουμε ούτε μια μέρα ούτε νύχτα καθώς ο αέρας ήταν πολύ δυνατός ! Αν υπήρχε κάποια κατασκευή θα μπορούσαμε να κάτσουμε ! Το διπλανό σπίτι που το μπαλκόνι ήταν πιο μέσα ήταν εφικτό να κάτσεις. Η πισίνα ενώ φαίνεται να είναι μπροστά στο συγκρότημα για να την προσεγγίσεις έπρεπε να κάνεις μια τεράστια διαδρομή κατεβαίνοντας δύο ορόφους ! Υπήρχε δίπλα μια οικοδομή προς ανέγερση που δεν είχαν παρθεί τα προβλεπόμενα μέτρα ασφαλείας . Επίσης βγαίνοντας από το σπίτι και κατεβαίνοντας τα σκαλιά μπροστά υπήρχε κενό δύο μέτρων χωρίς προστατευτικά κάγκελα . Που ακόμα και για εμάς ήταν επικίνδυνο να πέσουμε από τον αέρα, πόσο μάλλον αν κάποιος έχει μικρά παιδιά . Η τιμή του καταλύματος δεν δικαιολογεί καθόλου τις παροχές του .

La villa offre una vista sul mare spettacolare. Il portico eaterno permette di pranzare anche con tanto vento perchè è piuttosto riparato. Gli spazi sono generosi, la pulizia e l accoglienza sono state ottime. Asciugamani a disposizione anche per la piscina. Quest ultima era in condivisione con altre due unità ma in pratica eravamo sempre da soli. Non si sentono rumori dei vicini. Parcheggio privato comodo. Naturalmente bisogna avere un mezzo per spostarsi.

Se posso dare un suggerimento.aggiungerei un forno a microonde anche se c è già il forno e qualche pentola ed utensile cucina in più. Non c è il pelapatate ad esempio. Non mi sono piaciuti i due bagni, senza finestra e molto piccoli rispetto alle dimensioni della casa. Comunque ci ritornerei sicuramente. Bel posto!

The location, the building and the space.

This is my first ever negative review so brace yourselves! The villa and location are stunning, but the stay was disappointing. We arrived at 5pm after a full day of travel—seven of us—and found only two bottles of water and one bottle of wine, with the nearest shop 25 minutes away in the port (a 50-minute round trip just to get basics). The kitchen was poorly equipped (no bread knife, no matches, mismatched crockery, some coffee), and the bathrooms were full of mould with showers worse than the worse hotel you could think of. The hostess told me in the first day that she lived far so that set the mood. The electric gate broke one evening and, when I called, the hostess—who already knew—simply told us to open it manually. Despite advertising a light daily clean, staff only came once. This was my 7th island in Greece, and until now every stay has been outstanding, people in Greece are always so generous and hospitable. Sadly, this one felt like end-of-season indifference. A beautiful property let down by poor upkeep, lack of service, and a complete absence of hospitality.
