The owners gave clear instructions and were there to hand us the keys even though we had a late night flight and thus arrived at 1 AM. They also kindly provided a spare key on our request, and gave several good ideas/suggestions for local restaurants as well as places to visit (Falassarna, Paleochora). The proximity both of the beach and plenty of diverse restaurants are also big plusses.
Not much not to like about accomodation, everything was perfect! The fridge had a slight problem closing, as the cabinet into which it is built is a tight fit, so it takes a mild extra push to close the fridge door sliding along the cabinet wall, which risked the fridge to remain ajar, but this is/was likely easy to address by tweaking the cabinet, and we notified the owners so I am sure they took care of it.
