la tv capricieuse (télécommande), fournitures au niveau bas, lit armoire...un doute sur la housse de couette propre...menage moyen. les bruits de plancher du niveau supérieur

Good price. Great location (especially for Disney). Lovely area. The building looks great from the outside. No issues with parking. Easy to get in the car park via the main gates. Plenty of towels and free tea, coffee and biscuits! Items seem to have been left in the fridge and cupboards (guessing from previous occupants)

Not very clean. Dusty in places. Limescale around the sink and taps. Shower screen/ bathroom mirror dirty. Also had an issue with ants. There is a dish rack that is quite grubby and could do with replacing or throwing away. My wife had to do a bit of cleaning before she was happy using the kitchen. Had an issue accessing the room as the keypad was not working. Resolved within the hour after messaging the owner. There was a plug socket under the TV that didn't work. So we couldn't plug in the floor lamp. Also the backs of the TV remote and smoke alarm were missing. I messaged the owner with some feedback and sadly none of it was acknowledged in his response. Also others have stated the side gate appears to always be open and was for the duration of our stay. Although the area felt very safe. Nice views of the courtyard from the rooms. I'd say the photos on booking.com are presented a bit nicer than it currently is.
