Lovely garden in a cozy athmosphere

Aidee and her husband are amazing hosts, that make you feel trully welcome. The house is cozy with a superb garden (barbecue included). Confortable for families (event with toys!).

Have in mind you will need to walk a bit from the train station and village centre but this is super fine!

We really enjoyed our stay here, the owners were lovely people and made us feel really welcome. Fantastic location also only a brief walk to the train station which can take you to Paris and only a 10 minute drive from Disney too! Couldn’t have asked for more! Owner’s did not speak much english and vice versa as we don’t know much French, but went above and beyond using google translate to show us the holiday let and to help us out if we needed anything, which was really appreciated!

Homey and traditional, we enjoyed our stay at the Gite. Madame is very friendly and helpful and likes talking with her guests. I could communicate with my high-school level French, for my wife and my daughter she used an app that translated her French into spoken English, so contact went smoothly enough. The self-contained apartment has a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, separate shower and toilet. It shares a large terrace with the owners, has a large garden with chickens, a turtle, and two friendly dogs. The village center is too far to walk to, but has a variety of restaurants, shops, etc. It's a 20 min drive to avoid the toll on the A4 (10 min with toll), but a good, comfortable, economical place to stay for visiting Disneyland Paris. On the last day we had a major mishap with our rental car, and our hosts took very good care of us in our time of need- making many phone calls to help us get it sorted out, allowing us to stay around the house until we found a place to stay near the repair garage, serving us cold drinks, etc. “It is what I would hope someone would do for me in the same circumstances,” she said. We are very, very grateful for their help in this stressful situation!

Great time in the cosy Gite Iris

The host and friendly approach was making our time happy to stay, the house is having all to stay with two adults and our boys of 5 and 7, take your computer with you and recorded movies, the tv set is having only french channels but equipped with HDMI cable so watch your movies by that.Make up your mind for visiting Walt Disney Park but have alternatives ready because the park is not what it promised to be.

Superb

Perfect situated for Disney visit (15-20 easy KM by car without tolls (set your sat nav to avoid tool roads or ask hostess for directions). The two beds we used where super comfortable. Mezzanine bed a bit low and steep stairs but not problem if your Joints work well :-) ). Good shower, good heat and two airco’s for the summer. Great terrace and yard. Well outfitted kitchen with coffeemaker, Microwave, Fridge, oven and stove and waterboiler. All you need is there. Super friendly and helpful host. Is a master at google speech translate :-). Also a very nice little town, with super markets, restaurants and bakeries nearby. Car behind a gate is great. Price /quality very good.

Space is fine for three people and our dog. With six adults it might be cramped but for a short stay or if you spend all day at Disney anyway it could be fine. We would clear out some of the stuff, feels homely but makes it cluttered and cramped.
