Beautiful, well equipped apartment

A beautiful, spacious apartment. Very well equipped, everything you need and more for cooking at home. Extremely clean and very comfortable. Good location, about a 10 minute walk to the centre, supermarket a few minutes walk away. Would recommend for short or long stays.

As there was another apartment next door, the terrace wasn't as private as we would have liked as people from next door were walking across.

It is a large apartment with a beautiful view onto the sea.

Super impractical for some reason. There are no closets, little hinges to put towels on, bathroom cabinets, or even small tables to rest your things. For such a beautiful apartment it was super awkward that these little things were missing. Also mosquitoes are a huge problem, far more prevalent than in rest of Croatia due to the fact that the aparmtent is next to a forest; however, this isn’t an issue in the living room since the windows have nets but for some reason the window in the bedroom does not have a net so you cannot open it.

Good location well equipped clean apartment and friendly host

The property was in a good location being about a 25 minute walk into the old town. However there are places closer down by the lake and it is nice to swim here. The property was well equipped and clean. The host was very accommodating and helpful.

We really enjoyed our stay and would have liked to stay more than the two nights we had booked.

The location … walking distance to a lovely swimming area and supermarket, also an easy walk into town. Although the accommodation was compact it was well thought out and had everything we needed. It felt very comfortable. It was great to have an outdoor seating area. The provision of beach towels in addition to bath and hand towels was much appreciated.

A nice touch would be to have bedside lights at each side of the bed.

The apartment was new and extremely comfortable. Location was an easy walk into town. The apartment had all the comforts you could ask for and even beach towels were provided so felt like we were staying in a 5 star hotel

Perfect stay for perfect vacation 🌟

I was a bit sceptical when booking since it was a new place with few reviews, but I decided to give it a shot....and it was the best thing I did!!! If you want to visit Korčula but you want to stay away from the crowds and have a peaceful stay, this is the place. You have a beach that is only 5 min walk, port 9 (from where you can also go on boat tours or the city itself ) its max 10min walk or you can have a nice walk to the old town within 15-20 min walk. Everything in the apartment is new, clean and smells great! You have fully equipped kitchen, AC, TV, terrace for chilling in the evening 😎 And for whatever you need, you have Marko - the best host I've ever met!!! He was so helpful, friendly, making sure we have everything we need! To say he was amazing it's not enough! Thank you so much for everything and see you next time when we come!

Nähe zur Altstadt, schöne neu renovierte Wohnung, sehr sauber und gepflegt, freundlicher Gastgeber.

Klimaanlage gibt es nur im Wohnraum, bei Hitze ist das Schlafzimmer nicht nutzbar (SZ hat auch keinen Insektenschutz), die Straßen sind frequentiert, „green bay“ trifft es gut, das Meer ist dort leider veralgt.

Dobra lokalizacja w pięknym mieście

Bardzo ładny apartament, z dwiema sypialniami, dużym salonem, jadalnią. Mieszkanie ulokowane w cichej okolicy (mimo, że blisko remizy strażackiej) 15 minut na pieszo od Starego miasta w Korczuli. Po godzinie 17 droga do miasta była już zacieniona i nawet nasze dzieci w wieku 8 i 11 lat bez problemu chodziły do miasta. W pobliżu parking publiczny ( na przeciwko ośrodka zdrowia). Początkowo baliśmy się, że będziemy mieli problemy z parkowaniem, ale przez 5 dni pobytu zawsze znajdowaliśmy miejsce do parkowania. Kuchnia dobrze wyposażona i czysta

Generalnie mieszkanie spełniało nasze wymagania. Jeżeli miałbym szukać minusów, to w łazience brakowało ściągaczki do wody, bo otwarta kabina prysznicowa sprzyjała chlapaniu wodą po całej podłodze. Przydałyby się też wieszaki na ręczniki w łazience i może na bluzy/kurtki gdzieś przy wejściu. Ostatniego dnia pobytu w mieszkaniu uaktywniły się mrówki częstując się naszymi płatkami śniadaniowymi. To jednak chyba nie jest zbyt duży problem i odpowiednie środki załatwią ten problem :)
