The location of this modern apartment is fabulous, just a stones throw from the marina/ waterfront.
The apartment had an adequately equipped kitchen even though we didn’t use it apart from hot drinks.
The shower had good water pressure and there was a washing machine although we didn’t use it.
The bed was quite comfortable.
Check in and out was easy
The aircon is totally inefficient and the apartment was really hot and stuffy and was significantly uncomfortable.
One of the main reasons it was booked was because it said it had aircon but it didn’t cool the apartment and even opening the balcony door in the evening didn’t help. We had a very uncomfortable night.
A fan should be provided as an easy solution.
Also whilst the owner was initially responsive when we messaged x 3 re aircon he didn’t respond again. It was Saturday and he may have been busy but this isn’t what is expected from a property on booking.com
The couch is also quite uncomfortable but in the heat it didn’t matter!!

Astianpesu-js pyykinpesukone oli kiva lisä.
Sänky oli miellyttävä.
Sohva ei ollut kauhean mukava loikoilla."Saumat" tuntuivat epämiellyttäviltä.

Das Bad war geräumig. Die Küche war absolut passend von der Größe. Kaffee und eine Kaffeemaschine waren vorhanden.
Es gab Bettwäsche und Handtücher.
Das Bett war viel zu weich, sodass ich kaum schlafen konnte. Die Couch war ebenso unbequem und bot daher keine Alternative. Wir waren am Samstag da und auf der Strasse war so viel Lärm von Autos und Motorrädern, dass ich kaum schlafen konnte. Da hat die gute Hafenlage einen entscheidenden Nachteil - zumindest am Wochenende.
Die Küche hatte eine minimale Ausstattung zum Kochen. Würde man sich selbst versorgen wollen, wäre dies hier eher unpraktisch.
