Nice, clean and well furnished apartment, quite far from city

Really good, well furnished apartment. The bathroom was out of body wash, but that's just a minor inconvenience.

Quite far from the city with no buses on weekend. You might need to use the electric scooters, because the climb is really steep.

Really nice aparment but far from the center

The apartment is fully equipped, it has everything you need and more for a comfortable stay. It was also very clean. I couldn’t find the Wi-Fi password, but the online support team responded super quickly and helped me resolve the issue right away.

While the apartment is reasonably close to the city center, I didn’t realize the nearby buses (just a block away) operate only on weekdays and stop running after 5 PM. The walk downtown takes at least 30 minutes and is quite steep, leading through a forest path, which can be difficult in snowy weather or with luggage (as I learned during my stay in Jyväskylä).

Solid place to stay especially for students

Probably perfect for students since the university is only a 5 min walk through the quiet forest. Though it is apparently self-service the apartment was spotless when i arrived. Check-in is easy once the correct entrance is found (it is the building next to the one google maps leads you to and the entrance is behind the building by the parking lots). The kitchen and bathroom have everything one needs. Nice walk-in shower and a washing machine, all the kitchen supplies and machinery needed. Beds are comfy. Pretty quiet. I enjoyed my stay there.

The location is a bit far from the center. The apartments are next to office buildings and that is probably why the bus (line 5) in front of the door only goes until around 6pm. The next supermarket is about 15 min by foot and rather small. There are no restaurants nearby that are open longer than 3pm. The apartments are on top of a hill so in case one has to walk it can be a bit of an exercise. The check in can be confusing, since google maps leads you to the office building next to the one that has the apartments. But when the correct entry is located (i had to call the host company) it is fairly easy and quick. The apartments are maintained mainly through self service so one has to partly clean it themselves before departure. This was not obvious during the booking process but when i arrived it was spotless so i assume they have someone clean it nonetheless.

Getting in for the first time can be tricky, as you have to use your phone to get in. I was luck I had a phone with internet service to unluck the door for the first time.

The place is clean, I could not get the door to open and a person to help me was on site within minutes

They ask their guests to enter their registration information on a website. This is not acceptable from a privacy point of view. I do not enter my address, birth date, passport number ... on a random website - no idea who has access to the data and who will use it.

Well equipped apartment. It was pretty clean. Good location. The wifi was also perfect. I can recommend.

After the first night, we couldn’t open the door from the inside. We needed help, to whom we handed the key and released us. It would be better if we have english instruction about the door locking. The English description would have been good for the use of both the washing machine and the dishwasher, because the faucet is different in our country, the water is not closed separately.

to be fair, i do not usually travel on a low budget, and although i did not enjoy my stay it was probably reasonable value for money. it would help non Finns if there was a bit more information in English. location was poor in that it was too far away from the centre to walk into town, although again this reflected the relatively low cost.

Very good

The facilities in the apartment were more than sufficient. Well stocked and thought through for real people. It was nice to have spare crockery and cutlery for example. The beds were comfortable.

The lengthy and repeated rules about how to behave were rather intimidating. Not everyone rents an apartment for a party! We appreciate quiet and respectful behaviour too. We couldn't use the oven as we couldn't find the instructions...

Very clean, modern and cozy apartment. The kitchen is well equipped, there is a microwave&oven in one, dishwasher, washing machine and a freezer also. The apartment is suitable also for a long term stay. I recommend it.

Located on top of a hill might be challenging to access on foot or by bike (unless you like some cycling challenges) but easy if having a car.

Apartamento encantador e que nos faz sentir em casa

excelente apartamento, com detalhes muito interessantes para quem vai ficar uns dias (desde detergente da loiça e da roupa a guarda-chuva, bem como cafe, chas e temperos tornando mais fácil o uso a 100% das comodidades disponíveis). Varanda que apesar de ser pequena oferece maior lumisionidade. Decoração moderna e bonita.

Não conseguimos que a máquina da roupa trabalhasse, mas não teve impacto significativo e por isso nem contactamos o alojamento, que certamente trataria da situação com celeridade (deixamos recado para terem essa informação)

Sijainti oli meille autolla tuleville hyvä, ja saimme hienosti auton parkkiinkin. Asunto oli viihtyisä, ainut miinuspuoli oli ilmastoinnin puute joka heinäkuun helteillä hankaloitti erityisesti nukkumista. Viileämmillä keleillä varmasti ihan oiva majapaikka.

Asunnossa oli kaikki tarpeellinen. Siisti ja rauhallinen alue. Keskustaan noin 2 km joka taittui omilla sähköpyörillä mukavasti. Plussaa pöytätuulettimesta, jolle oli kovilla helteillä käyttöä.

Uunin/mikron käyttö hankala. käyttöohjeet olisi hyvä olla huoneistossa. Avainkoodeista (ulko-ovi/huone) tulisi laittaa yhteneväiset tiedot eri kanaviin. Nyt tuli erilaista infoa s.postiin, viesteihin sekä bookingin kautta.

Las instalaciones , mobiliario y electrodomésticos, todo nuevo e impecable. La amabilidad del personal encargado. Tuvimos un problema que solucionó en cuanto lo comunicamos .

La ausencia de persianas herméticas. Como en el resto de Finlandia, no se acostumbra a poner persianas y las cortinas venecianas dejan pasar la luz al amanecer.
