A new and clean apartment.
First of all, the host was relatively suspicious. There was one price on Booking, but when we paid, it turned out that it actually took from us 40 euros less than the actual price. But then the host asked us to pay extra 40 euros for bedsheets (20 euros per person), but for some reason we couldn’t pay it through Booking directly, and we needed to MobilePay it to the host. Only after that he sent us all the information about our reservation. Secondly, we booked the apartment for 2 people at first, but when we realised how far away it actually is, we wanted to add the third person. When we checked the prices on Booking, it only added 20 euros (looked like it was only for another set of bedsheets) for the whole stay, if we wanted the 3rd guest. However, when we texted the host and asked if it’s possible for 3 people to stay there if we MobilePay him extra 20 euros, he said that 20 euros is not enough, and it’d be 50 euros for ONE NIGHT minimum for the third person, which felt like scam. However, the third bed in the apartment was already made, there were bedsheets and everything, so we didn’t understand why he wanted to charge that much + that price wasn’t the same as on Booking. Moreover, the apartment is not really cozy, there’s no flooring/carpet on the balcony, and the mattresses were too soft. The location is pretty far away from everything, and you can see the construction site from the window.
