Sijainti oli täydellinen, Riihivuori on täydellinen. Mökin kylppäri oli kunnostettu, siitä pisteet. Kiva sauna.
Mökki kaipaa huolenpitoa ja raivausta. Ja parempaa siivousta. Pinnat olivat kyllä puhtaat mutta pikku vessan lattia likainen, pesuaine pulloja joka puolella. Kuivauskaappi huonosti toimivalla patterilla täynnä tavaraa ja likainen, keittiön laatikot likaisia, keittiötarvikkeet puutteellisia, vain yksi pieni kattila, ei kuorimaveistä, ei vuokaa, yksi viinilasi, likaiset patakintaat, välioven sarana puuttuu, yksi sohva liikaa jonka voisi heittää jätelavalle niin tulisi enemmän tilaa. Kerrossänky heiluu liitoksistaan, saunan kaide heiluu liitoksistaan. Peittoja ja tyynyjä oli paljon mutta nekin kaipaisivat ehkäpä uudistusta. Hyvä mökki mutta kuten sanottu, tarvitsee hieman huolenpitoa jonka jälkeen on jälleen ihan pelissä mukana.
