Lovely flat and really nice person checking us in. I wondered if it’d be too busy around the Sagrada Família, but it wasn’t and was quite quiet. We loved waking up to the cathedral in the morning and making our way back to it every night. 10/10

If you check in on a Saturday or Sunday, you’re charged an additional €20. I still don’t understand why. We didn’t arrive outside the check-in time, but I’ve found Booking.com operates more like AirBnB these days with random fees which is unfortunate.

Property as described except opening those balcony doors comes with having a ton of flies so be quick! Overall we didn't cook or even make coffee there so can't comment on how well it's equipped. Rooms were fine, both a bit tight, we kept our suitcases in the living room because there was no floor space to open them anywhere. Great views through the trees to Sagrada! Touristy spot for sure but also lively and lots of bodegas for food and coffee shops/restaurants, you won't go hungry. The noise dies down at night, we actually liked the location.

The laundry setup was unique in some kind of airshaft, adventurous and certainly not convenient but as long as you don't hang your clothes out there to dry (they will smell like Buenas Migas food from downstairs) you should be ok. We dried our clothes by hanging in the closets because they had no doors so it vented fine. They were very strict with how many towels one gets (one large one small) so we had to wash towels twice even though we stayed only 4 nights (no dryer) and the washing machine does take its time plus towels needed a day to dry so.....

Location, location, location! The view of Sagrada Família is unbeatable and there are so many shops & restaurants around. Taxis are right across the street making travel to other parts of the city super easy.
