Location and elevator

Broken/ missing window, broken A/C, shower door was too narrow and we could not go through ,inside the fridge was not clean, there were left over baby food under the second bedroom’s bed. The safe was out of battery and not usable.

Property was nice and clean, comfortable beds.

It was very hot and only one air conditioner works which is in the living room quite away from the 2 bedrooms I have requested fan which they provided. It is very good if you booked for adults only as not good for young families I have 4 kids including baby , and baby often wake at night time for milk and I got phone calls for noise which doesn’t make sense for me. I understand quite time was from 9 to 9 but when you have kids you can’t stick with the clock which was a drawback. Other than that it was great.

Recebi ligações do síndico por parar com barulho, mesmo quando estávamos dormindo. O elevador é antigo, e fica muito próximo de um dos quartos fazendo um barulho alto quando é acionado.
