The room is huge and decent, you can definitely be at ease in space. The shared kitchen is a big help in case you just want to eat home, I enjoyed this. Location is also good since it's just within the vicinity of several cafes, restaurants and grocery stores. There are 2 things that may need to change/improvement: (1) Self check in must be an option. Paying extra 15 or 30 EUR for a night checkin or beyond 23:00 is non-sense. You already paid for a whole day and you'll get charged extra. Other policies in fine prints must be observed while booking (2) During my stay, the shower floor is always clogged. It drains but will take at least 10 mins, then another same cycle upon use. Overall, I will still recommend. Pleasant stay here!

I luv the place coz it is close to the Sagrada Familia as my preference. The room and bathroom are clean, a secured place to stay. Though is not perfect, my comment is no enough tissues or paper towel, and no single chair on the side bed. Overall it is a rated A comfortable budget hotel
    8.8 / 10Excellent·Dec 2025
Location is definitely the highlight — close to everything with Sagrada Familia, Arc de Triomf, and train stations all within walking distance. It’s an apartment building divided into rooms for rent. The room we stayed in fit three people but space was tight, including in the kitchen. Bathrooms are cleaned daily, though room cleaning comes with an extra charge. The same applies to air conditioning, which costs €10 per day — unavoidable during summer. Kitchen facilities are basic but useful, with access to the fridge and microwave. While the constant add-on charges and limited space can be inconvenient, the unbeatable location makes it a practical choice for travelers who want to be near the city’s main attractions.

Near the Sagrada Familia Church. Accessible to buses, taxis and metro. Some eatery nearby. Shared bathroom. Not walkable from City Center and other attractions. Have to wait on the street side for a while for someone to let us in the building. Rooms are adjacent to each other you can hear noises, with share entry to the bathroom. Ok for short stay. Not recommended for longer stay and sightseeing unless you have a booked tour with transportation included. This is based on my experienced.
