Location is definitely the highlight — close to everything with Sagrada Familia, Arc de Triomf, and train stations all within walking distance.
It’s an apartment building divided into rooms for rent. The room we stayed in fit three people but space was tight, including in the kitchen. Bathrooms are cleaned daily, though room cleaning comes with an extra charge. The same applies to air conditioning, which costs €10 per day — unavoidable during summer.
Kitchen facilities are basic but useful, with access to the fridge and microwave. While the constant add-on charges and limited space can be inconvenient, the unbeatable location makes it a practical choice for travelers who want to be near the city’s main attractions.

I have been staying at this place for 3 weeks while I look for an apartment in Barcelona. It has been comfortable and accessible. There are bus stops, metro and train stations nearby to get to anywhere. I enjoyed that I had my own private room and access to a shared kitchen and bathroom. Sharing has not been a problem at all. This worked way better for me than a hotel room and was exponentially more affordable.

The pictures are deliberately misleading. These people are professional liars. There is no exclusive bathroom, despite what is implied. They changed the terms without any notice to suit themselves. I strongly advise all future bookers to take screenshots of the original terms and throw them back at them when they attempt to enforce sudden, self-serving changes.
