Location
Space a too tight.. … the bed is very uncomfortable to sleep with as the spring is hitting the back with tremendous pressure. Too much of a hassle in checking in..

The location is perfect for our purpose. Easy access to shops.
The facilities need to be looked at. We have issues with the aircon (very noisy) and the TV that always turn on (you must unplug it every time). The room needs to be disinfected and cleaned properly. Their toiletries are toilet paper and shampoo only (No soap, no toothbrush etc.). The bed needs a decent bed sheet and tidy. We almost refunded our payment after 3 days (long story). The owner should update room facility photos so everyone can see the real condition of the unit and be detailed on what is included in the rental.
