The location of the property is ideal, as the building itself includes a mall and several restaurants. If you find yourself out late at night, there is also a convenience store nearby. Additionally, it is close to the Greenfield district, perfect for those looking to relax. The unit is equipped with a reliable internet connection, a refrigerator, a microwave, a rice cooker, and a water heater. The bathroom features a functioning shower with a heater as well.
The space is clean, though not sparkling clean, which is understandable since the manager may not have enough time for thorough checks. If you prefer, you can clean it yourself, as the cleaning supplies are readily available. Additionally, there is minimal damage, such as to the cabinet.

The owner was so responsive to all our questions. We find it so comfortable and accessible on the location near the malls, restaurants and stores. The place was clean and Sir Raul was so considerate specially we needed to extend our time for we need to go late before our flight and he has given us good discount. Highly recommended hopefully our next vacation they will be available again for our stay in Manila🙏❤️
