I like the location since it is near my residence too.

At first there was no soap,,etc but it was not a big deal. But they bought us what we asked. Thank you.

The parking fee was ridiculous. We checked in at 6 PM, freshened up, then went out at 7:30 PM and paid ₱50 for parking. We parked again at 11:30 PM, checked out at 5 AM, and had to pay another ₱500. In total, we paid ₱550 for parking for such a short stay. I can only imagine how much we would’ve paid if we had parked there longer overnight. The unit owner also doesn’t have a parking slot, so mall parking was the only option. To be fair, we were informed about the parking fee beforehand, but the booking date was already close, and I didn’t want to cancel anymore.

The room was clean and comfortable, perfect for a short stay since we were out most of the time. What truly stood out was Alex, the owner, who went the extra mile by allowing us an early check-in at no extra charge, as there were no bookings the day before—such a thoughtful consideration! Anna, the caretaker, was equally wonderful, accommodating and helpful in every way. Everything went smoothly, and I would definitely stay here again if I’m in the area for a work event. The space is decent and meets expectations for its price.

The pool was unavailable and they did not tell us even after we asked about how to access it.
