Amazing apartment

The apartment was spacious...very clean. Well equipped even having the plug sockets. We couldn't get over how immaculate everything was. And how quickly Franzi responded when asked a question. Everything was just perfect!

I loved it.

I love everything about this apartment. Clean, tidy. Makes me want to stay a few more days. Franzi has been so helpful and courteous. The location is perfect if you go to Rhine Falls. Just a few minutes walk. Accessible to transportation and grocery. Highly recommended. I will definitely come back here again.

Lovely apartment, good location, very clean and there are everything that you need to live in the apartment. If the day is clean, it is possible to see big mountains in the horizon.

It deserves an 11

The place is simply the best. Every little detail that could cross your mind is really well thought of. Starting from the perfect location, the free private parking spot, to the spotless clean Apartement and its amazing balcony and views. Inside the apartment everything you might need is there, and everything is of top quality.. Especially the very modern and well equipped kitchen. All in all it was a really nice experience, the owners were very kind and friendly, and I'm already looking forward to my next visit.

I cannot think of any negatives, it's just too good.

The property is excellent and convenient to grocery stores, restaurants, and Rhien Falls. Not to mention a free parking space to use since you could walk everywhere. Owners were fast to answer any questions that we had during our stay.

Beautiful, spacious apartment in a great location close to shops, trains and the rhinefalls. Hosts were very responsive and check in and check out was so smooth with great instructions. Would love to stay again if we get the chance!

Franzi was a very friendly, attentive and accommodating host. The apartment is beautifully renovated and all the amenities that one needs were available. There is a beautiful balcony/terrace which we used daily. Everything was clean in good condition and Franzi checked up to ensure that we had everything we needed. I highly recommend this rental apartment.

Ein sehr liebevoll eingerichtetes Apartment. Man spürt die Liebe, mit der hier an jedes noch so kleine Detail gedacht wurde. Vom ersten Moment an fühlt man sich sofort zu Hause und willkommen. Die Gastgeber haben eine überaus wertschätzende, warmherzige Kommunikation, echt und von Menschlichkeit geprägt, wie man sie heutzutage nur noch selten erlebt. Check- in und Check- out liefen völlig reibungslos. Selbst zwischendurch erkundigten sie sich sehr aufmerksam, ob etwas fehlt. Es ist an alles gedacht, dass selbst einen ersten Tag mit Kaffee, Tee, Nudeln und Soße ausstattet, wenn man noch nicht einkaufen konnte 😅! Das Apartment liegt sehr zentral und ist dennoch super ruhig. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind zu Fuß in 2 min erreichbar, Parkplatz ist direkt vor der Tür, ringsum gibt es fussläufig alles, was man braucht. Zudem verfügt es über eine sehr schöne Dachterrasse, die einlädt dort einfach nur zu verweilen. Alles ist super sauber und riecht sehr gut !

L’appartamento è splendido, ben curato, pulitissimo, ha tutto ciò che serve dalla cucina al bagno! Per 4 persone è perfetto! Le indicazioni per arrivare sono state precise come quelle per prendere le chiavi. La posizione è ottima, si possono vedere le cascate andando a piedi, Schaffausen e’ vicinissima!

Wunderschöne Wohnung für Familien

Tolle, sehr freundliche und rasche Kommunikation rund um den Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung ist gleichzeitig sehr stilvoll und praktisch eingerichtet und hat eine super Raumaufteilung. Von der top ausgestatteten Küche mit hochwertigen Geräten angefangen (ein paar Schneidebretter und Müslischalen vielleicht noch wären perfekt, aber das ist Jammern auf höchstem Niveau) bis hin zu den gemütlichen Betten, schnellem WLan und der Waschmaschine, es fehlt fast an nichts. Dazu alles blitzsauber! Die Lage ermöglicht zahlreiche Ausflüge, Einkaufen und Restaurantbesuche zu Fuß. Der eigene Parkplatz und der Aufzug sind ein Riesen-Plus. Wir würden die Wohnung jederzeit wieder mieten!

Zum Zeitpunkt unseres Besuchs wurde gerade für Straße hinter den Haus aufgerissen, zudem wird das mehrstöckige Haus nebenan umfassend entkernt. Das macht Lärm. Uns hat's nicht gestört, wer aber ggf. gerne bei offenem Fenster lang ausschläft oder auf dem Balkon isst, könnte sich derzeit vielleicht gestört fühlen.

Molto accogliente e dotato di ogni comodità

La posizione è eccellente, a circa 500 metri dalla stazione di Neuhausen am Rheinfall e dal sentiero che conduce alle varie piattaforme panoramiche. Vicino all'appartamento, si trovano vari supermercati ben forniti e punti di ristoro. L'appartamento è favoloso, completamente equipaggiato (lavatrice, lavastoviglie, microonde, doppio forno, freezer...). Il proprietario, molto premuroso, ha pensato veramente a tutto: occorrente per stendere la biancheria, per stirare, detersivo per lavatrice e lavastoviglie, condimenti vari, corredo cucina e bagno... Veramente un appartamento molto accogliente e dotato di ogni comodità.

Unico appunto, l'ascensore, datato, che conduce al piano superiore, anche se appartenente al condominio e dunque non direttamente collegato all'appartamento in questione...

Comfortabel appartement, zeer geschikt voor een stel.

Geweldig mooie keuken, ban alle gemakken voorzien. Het kost wat, maar dan heb je ook wat! Indien nodig, was de eigenaresse goed bereikbaar.Ze was erg vriendelijk. Het appartement bevindt zich op de bovenste verdieping, voorzien van een balkon, is op loopafstand van een treinstation en van de beroemde Rheinfall. Supermarkt om de hoek. Ook diverse restaurants in de buurt.

Als ik iets moet noemen, dan is het dat je moet douchen in bad, in plaats van een douchecabine. Maar dat is geen groot bezwaar.

L'emplacement idéal de ce joli appartement, le confort, la vue, la place de parking située juste à côté de l'immeuble. Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié l'extrême propreté. Nous avons bien aimé la déco et le mobilier. La terrasse est très accueillante.

On entend la reprise du moteur de l'ascenseur quand on dort dans la petite chambre. Nous avons dormi dans le magnifique lit du salon qui était hyper confortable et agréable.
