Comfortable stay, great host and good location

Lovely, clean and well-presented house in a great location. The property felt modern, comfortable and clearly well looked after. Communication with the host was friendly and helpful, and check-in was straightforward. We stayed over the festive period and really enjoyed the space, it worked perfectly for a family visit and felt like a proper home rather than just a rental. Would happily stay again.

Nothing major. There was a small bit of initial confusion around the heating and utilities, but once clarified everything was sorted quickly and the host was responsive.

Simple accommodation at affordable price.

Clean & simple accommodation. Had what we needed for a short stay.

Traffic noise and street lighting was a bit of a bother at night but wasn’t too bad.

The location and the door lock

The garden had lots of weeds and broken glass and frozen freezer that we hat to defrost are self when got there and broken sofas and rubbish under beds not enough lamps in bed rooms and lights did not work after a few days stay and there was a burn mark in one of the bedrooms on the floor

Great location with parking and a friendly host

There had been an error with the cleaning when we arrived but the host sorted it incredibly quickly and couldn't have been more apologetic. The apartment was great value for money as a large family visiting family in Middlesbrough and is a good location for shops, restaurants and Albert Park. Having parking on the road was a bonus too.

It would be nice if there was some teabags and coffee provided.

Great place to stay.

Very clean and easy to access. Close to town centre. Street parking mostly available. The beds were very comfortable. Large windows so the house was very airy, so we eventually didn’t need a fan.

Overall nice experience. Would have been nice to have more toilet paper for our large group as we ran out really quickly with only 2 provided for 2 nights.

Okay for somewhere to crash

The property had 4 bedrooms which was great for a group trip, we all had our own space

The property has a lot of potential but honestly it didn’t feel very clean, there were stains on the carpet, food up the walls in the kitchen, no lighter for the oven, cobwebs everywhere as well as a lot of dust, mould in the bathroom, dirty glass cups, etc.

Only one thing is that one of the owners didn't know we were there and walked in to show people upstairs which made kids feel bit uncomfortable

the fact that the to let sign was out for student accommodation and people knocking door to ask about it the fact that one of bedrooms had no door on it and the man hole cover was broken which was very dangerous for my eight year old son not to mention the screws and bits in the garden so he was not able to go out and parking was not good we couldn’t park near property
