It was an awesome breakaway. Zifa is so sweet helping us with our luggage and checking on us. He really made us feel welcome. Hearing the lions and jackals at night and early in the morning was definitely highlights.

Beautiful location, peaceful and quiet. It had all the amenities we needed. It was centrally located with easy access to various places in the area. And a very special and entertaining goat. We would have loved to stay an extra night or two. Zifa’s warm hospitality was superb. We appreciated the WhatsApp group and the communication.
The bed linen is very tired and worn. The pillows are flat and lumpy. The kitchen cupboard doors could do with a good scrub - I’m fussy like that ;-)
While we had a good stay, we did feel that the price we paid was a bit steep.
Another suggestion is some outdoor cushions for the deck. I also suggested moving the picnic table on the deck out of the way of the doors.

What a little gem of a place... Beautiful and tranquil. Friendly, helpful, responsive to suggestions and nature conscious hosts. This was our second visit... And we'll be back
