The location is amazing, quite and secluded at the top of the mountain, the views from heaven and the area is very quite. The villa is extremely clean and equipped with all comfort facilities. The swimming pool is decently sized and having a wonderful view of the see and the town of Marmaras. The barbecue area is equipped and perfect for having barbecue parties. The only thing that you will definitely need is to have a car because it’s not reachable with public transport and you’ll need a car during your stay to buy stuff or hangout in the surrounding villages/towns.

There were a lot of bees, seems there is a nearby beehive. The swimming pool pump noise could heard from one of the bedrooms in the lower floor

A beautiful villa with stunning views on sea and hills. Great location to enjoy the beauty of the Sithonia peninsula

Property is very well located on a top of a hill with beautiful sea view. Sunset is a must! Also close to Neos Marmaras and beaches. The swimming pool area is well nice done and landscaped Mediterranean garden is well maintained.
