Posizione fantastica. La casa è su una lieve collina e dal primo piano si gode una spettacolare vista sulla baia. Scendendo qualche scalino si arriva alla piscina, condivisa con altre 3 ville. A disposizione ci sono due ombrelloni e 4 lettini per questa villa, ma quando siamo stati noi la villa accanto era vuota e abbiamo avuto tutti i posti per noi. I vicini delle altre due ville erano gentili e ci siamo trovati bene con la condivisione di questo spazio. Dalla piscina si apre una porta che porta su una scala che scende al mare. Anche lì vi sono 2 ombrelloni e 4 lettini per la villa. Mare splendido, acqua molto pulita. La spiaggia è frequentata anche dagli ospiti del campeggio adiacente, ma non è mai pienissima e gli ombrelloni della villa sono sul lato dove c'è meno gente. Servizio di pulizia quotidiano: Dima, la governante, è stata bravissima. Silenziosa e poco invadente, non ci si accorgeva di averla in casa. Al primo piano ci sono 2 camere che condividono lo stesso bagno. Una delle due è molto piccola e ha un divano letto. Va bene per bambini/ragazzi.
Bella zona esterna, con lavello e barbecue, divanetti e tavolo da pranzo.
La camera più calda era la matrimoniale al primo piano, perché finestrata su due lati e il condizionatore faceva un po' fatica a mantenere il fresco. Comunque, abbiamo dormito bene e, di notte, era piacevole tenere le finestre aperte e sentire il rumore del vento e del mare.
La porta di ingresso si poteva chiudere a chiave soltanto dall'esterno. All'interno era necessario usare il chiavistello.

The host was extremely helpful. The beach was almost in the property. Everything was organized very well and villa was perfect for groups especially for families with kids. The kitchen was fully equipped. It is near one of the best restaurants in Sithonia.

clean spaces, air ventilation system, good furniture, incredibly well maintained garden and yard, swimming pool, beach access...
1. the location does not support 8 people even if this is its capacity. From my point of view, maximum 6 adults and 2 small children
2. the internet connection is quite poor
