The layout & presentation, stylish & well equipped. Location was excellent.
We were on the top floor & had to haul our luggage up 40 stairs. No lift. We are not young people. The garage access was terrible- angle to drive out awkward! We ended up paying for parking across the street as it was stressful getting in & out of the garage When It came time to get instructions to get into accommodation after already paying we were asked again for Credit card details & facial ID or digital license before we could get into the property!!!You had already received Payment!!!
