No breakfast but didn't expect one. We did ask for tea, coffee, milk.....plenty of tea. No coffee and 4 sugar satchels. Luckily no one uses sugar.....but definitely missed our coffee.
Dirty building exterior. Very small garage, had to lower the landrover to get it in. The building desperately needs cleaning, very poor look for the location

Location. Good value
No ceiling fans or air con in the middle bedrooms. No handrails on stairs.. had my 80 yr old parents with me and thought this was unsafe. No mirrors in bedrooms… difficult to get ready when only one mirror located in the bathroom. The lock pad on front door kept playing up- difficult to get in at times. Being told to not have aircon any cooler than 24degrees- wasn’t cool enough- would not stay here in the peak of summer!

Great location within walking distance to light rail, the river front and restaurants
Bedrooms quite hot with limited ventilation and no ceiling fans . Lots of stairs over the 3 levels
