Exellent location and very well accommodated!

Would stay again, however a few things need improvement!

Property provided everything needed for a 2 week stay.

Chipped wall paint. Not all beds had the same mattress as others. Lights were out in hallway entrance, living room and bathroom to include lamps in the apartment. Shutters to outside Terrance were broken. No parking for the apartments. No microwave for reheating food. Couch had stains and felt not clean.

Don‘t rent Apt #6 - unless you are a dedicated smoker and love people smoking in front of your apartment door

The apartment is very spacious!

The apartment is very dark, only two small windows you can open. Although it says the terrace belongs to the apartment, a big ash tray was on this terrace under the roof on top of the door to the apartment. This invited renters of other apartments to stand in front of my apartment and smoke. I immediately informed Sander‘s apartment bit they only reacted after I had left! In front of the entrance to the apartment you find as well old socks, broken fake trees, and of course the community ashtray which was knocked over by wind at night and the cigarette buds were scattered in front of the apartment. Nobody cleaned up. My group are all non-smokers and the property was listed as „non-smoking“. So I really did not expect this. The smell in the staircase is not the best as well - the door to the kitchen of the cafe/restaurant on ground floor is always open - it leads to the staircase

It was a great stay and I would stay there again.

The location was great and the fact that there is a restaurant on the premises made it extra nice! The water pressure was awesome and the space was great!

We could have used a little more toilet paper:-)

The apartment was amazing! The beds were so comfortable and we liked that the kitchen had the essentials plus coffee and tea

The drain in the shower did not drain properly and we couldn't properly close the windows. Also the parking limit of 2 hours was not very convenient

Excellent views and walkable distance to activities and such a beautiful apartment. What more could you want.

The apartment was so cute and very clean! The view from the balcony was amazing with a beautiful sunrise and sunset every day. The location was great as I was able to walk to the base hospital daily and then walkable activities as well.

15% an der Unterkunft Gefallen hat uns eine Bar zwei Häuser weiter mit super Ambiente, Freundliches Personal mit Afrikanischen Getränken und Essen

85% Keine Park Möglichkeit da die Straße gesperrt war. Die Taschen mussten hunderte Meter getragen werden und dann noch Treppen hoch. HIERAUF WURDEN WIR BEI DER BUCHUNG NICHT HINGEWIESEN!!! WIR HABEN EINMAL IN DER NÄHE AUF EINEM SEITENSTREIFEN GEPARKT UND EINE VERWARNUNG I HÖHE VON 55 EURO BEKOMMEN!!!!!!!!!!! Gegenüber der Eingangtür und den Fenstern war der Ausstoß einer großen Dunsthaube. Alles stinkt nach altem Fett, auch im Appartement. Im Appartement : Küchenaussttung mangelhaft, Keine vernünftigen Töpfe, sehr wahrscheinlich aus der Steinzeit, Kein Brotmesser, keine Abtrocken- tücher, wenn man die Dunstabzugshaube bedienen will sind die Finger voll Fett, GRUNDSÄCHLICH SAUBERKEIT MANGELHAFT. Ich könnte jetzt noch zig Sachen aufführen, aber ich bekomme jetzt schon dicke Finger. Preisleistungsverhältnis 🤮🤮🤮

Am Ende war alles gut

Gute Lage, sehr geräumig und angemessener Preis.

Wir sollten über einen code den schlüsselkasten öffnen, konnten aber niemanden über die angegebene Telefonnummer erreichen. Nach lagen Bemühungen entdeckten wir unter dem Punkt eine Nachricht senden in der email den code 🤪🤪 Es fehlten auch die Nachttisch Lampen.

Nicht zu empfehlen. Mäßig und überteuert.

Sehr wenig hat uns gefallen, außer der schönen Aussicht vom Balkon über Landstuhl. Mäßige Ausstattung. Übel riechendes Waschbecken. Sehr schlechte Betten.

Treppenhaus Zugang zur Wohnung vollgestellt mit Flaschenkisten. Check in Zeit nicht eingehalten. Unbefriedigender Kontakt mit Vermieter. Wunsch nach früherer checkin Zeit nicht zeitnah beantwortet.
