Great apartment!
The room, parking, amenities
It was very cold in the apartment when I arrived. Had to turn all the heaters on as it was 11°C. Finally warmed up to 17°C when I checked out

Terrible management - scam alert - failed to provide secure lodging - refused to refund
Upon arrival, I entered the apartment and noticed the door was shaky and noticed the frame and metal lock plate was damaged. I did not feel safe and I called the property manager and no one answered. I left and found more secure lodging. I emailed the manager 3 times, had phone conversations with the collogue about this and they refused to issue a refund. They tried to justify it based on whatever nonsense he would think of. Clearly a greedy scam artist at work here.

Nice apt, nice location
The location is perfect for visits. It is located above a famous eatery called Sanders, so it was nice to wake up and go downstairs to eat. It is also located in the town square with walking distance to several shops and stores.
For pets, it is not super ideal as you have to go up flights of stairs to walk them as there is no yard either. It is doable, just not perfect. Also, right now, there is construction that prevented us from finding the location easily and parking was difficult to find as the roads were blocked. We had to park at a grocery store a few blocks away. Parking there made me nervous I would be ticketed or towed, but I lucked out.

I was very disappointed and sent a note to the staff but did not get a response.
So many spiders, people smoking right outside window all day and night. We left the property cleaner than we got it.

Clean and comfy apartment
The place was easily accessible, check-in smooth and the apartment very clean and functional. We particularly appreciated to have a fridge and separate beds for each of us.

Pleasant space near nature, all needs were met.
Being close to the woods and having windows on both sides was nice. The shades and curtains made sleeping more comfortable (street lights, privacy).
There was not a pan for the oven. At times the internet/tv did not seem to connect. No dimmable lights to use near bedtime.

Eine kalte Nacht im Auto verbracht - nie mehr buchen wir ein Apartment via Booking, ohne es vorher gesehen zu haben
Nichts!, Nicht das geringste!
Wir hatten ein Late Check In. Der Schlüssel war nicht in der vorgesehenen Schlüssel Tresor, sondern in einem anderen Haus nebenan, in einem völlig falschen Tresor. Haben wir nach circa 1 Stunde suchen festgestellt. Durch eine Baustelle im Hausflur die Wohnung betreten. Da waren wir erst mal Baff Die Wohnung war nicht gereinigt, die Mülltonnen voll, die Waschbecken verschmutzt, Betten nicht gemacht… Offensichtlich wurde diese Wohnung nicht gereinigt, nachdem der letzte Gast sie verlassen hatte. Wobei wir uns dessen gar nicht mal ganz sicher waren, ob wirklich gar niemand mehr da ist. Das Problem gemeldet noch in der Nacht, leider war nach dem Check In und finden des Schlüssels offensichtlich keiner mehr zuständig. Mit Booking telefoniert und dann vereinbart, dass wir die Buchung stornieren und wieder abreisen. Mittlerweile war es circa 3:00 Uhr nachts. So musste ich als eine Person, die an deiner Schweren Krankheit leidet, die Nacht mit den beiden Hunden im Fahrzeug verbringen. Anderntags wurde mir vom Apartment per Telefon zugesagt, dass wir unser Geld wieder zurückbekommen, was bis heute nicht geschehen ist. Auch von Booking haben wir trotz mehrfacher Anfrage und senden von Beweisfotos den Reisepreis von 168 € bis heute nicht zurück erhalten. Booking.com: 6, setzen. Hier komme ich mir als Genius drei Inhaber doch etwas ... Vera..... vor! Vor allem vor dem Hintergrund, dass mir das bei einer Buchung mit Booking mittlerweile zum dritten Mal innerhalb von drei Jahren passiert ist. Wir wären ja wirklich zufrieden. Wenn wir einfach unser Geld zurückbekommen würden, das nicht zurückzuzahlen, ist mein Augen Betrug !

Appartement in rustige wijk buiten het centrum met veel wandelmogelijkheden in de omgeving
Het appartement bevindt zich in een rustige woonwijk met parkje en parking vlakbij. Er zijn veel wandelmogelijkheden in de omgeving.
Goede bedden.
Voor inkopen of eetgelegenheid moet je de auto nemen.
We kwamen een kwartier te vroeg aan en rustten wat uit in het parkje tegenover het gebouw. We zagen drie mannen rondlopen in het appartement, met de ramen open. Op het afgesproken tijdstip verlieten ze het gebouw, staken de sleutel in het kluisje en vertrokken. Daarna gingen wij binnen. Het appartement was mooi klaargemaakt en redelijk proper, maar de tafel was heel vuil en er lag heel wat restafval in de vuilbak, net alsof er pas gegeten was.
We hebben er drie dagen verbleven. De laatste morgen, zondag heel vroeg, was er veel lawaai van vertrekkende gasten uit het appartement beneden.
We lieten de woning, zoals we gewend zijn, veegschoon achter, opgeruimd, gestofzuigd en zonder restafval. De sleutel staken we terug in het kluisje.
Op vrijdag werden we gebeld door de verhuurder met de vraag of we misschien de sleutel hadden meegenomen en of wij dingen achtergelaten hadden in het appartement… Toch vreemd…

Unangenehmer erster Eindruck
Moderne Austattung, ausreichend Platz, jeder Raum einzelnd Heizbar. Anbieter antwortet schnell.
Schöne Küche mit vielen Haushaltsgeräten und Grundausstattung an Reinigungsmitteln.
Bei Ankunft ungereinigtes Zimmer (benuztes Bett, Dreckige Handtücher, Müll in der Küche. Ungereinigte Küche)sodass für die erste Nacht ein Hotel gebucht werden musste. Alternative für die Nacht waren andere Appartements die gereinigt sein "müssten". Vermieter konnte auch da keine Hundertprozentige Auskunft geben.
Die besagten Alternativen wurden während wir das Appartement verließen erst mit Bettwäsche und Handtüchern ausgestattet. Grundreinigung daher auch eher fraglich.
Am kommenden Nachmittag war das Appartement dann endlich bezugsfertig.
Absprache das die erste Nacht erstattet wird wurden bisher nicht eingehalten.
Appartement war dann gereinigt.
Schlafsofa für die dritte Person war mit vielen Flecken sowie die Bezüge die in der Couch gelagert waren, waren ebenfalls fragwürdig "sauber".
Appartment ist zudem extrem Hellhörig. Man hört quasi alles was im Gebäude stattfindet.
Toilettespülung, Gespräche usw.
