Location great, fabulous friendly village and community.
Information very useful where to find things in the property.
The outside bin was very very full with lots of bottles I it and being asked to strip all the beds.

Lovely house in a quiet village. Nice garden to sit in and all the rooms are beautifully appointed. Excellent kitchen which has everything you might need for a stay of any length. You need to drive out if you want to eat out but there are a number of pubs within a 4 mile drive. Overall, highly recommended.
We found the rooms a bit cold as the heating did not seem to be working. It did not detract however from the enjoyment of staying there. We were fortunate that, even in March, the weather was very good and we sat outside in the garden every day. Our only other minor problem was that the bedside light in our bedroom decided to become a disco light and kept going on and off.

The property was easy to find and emaculately presented.
We were advised to check the garden before allowing the dog out. We were pleased of this advise as our little escape artist may have made it out. On the lead was not a problem for us but maybe this could be looked at for future guests.

The house was lovely and the rooms a great size. We only stayed 1 night so didn't use much, but everything seemed well equipped.
The house was really hot and we were disappointed to find information provided saying that there were adjustable room temperatures was incorrect. Instructions in the house stated that thermostats could not and must not be changed. Even with the windows open all night, we were hot and as a result we all slept badly. The boiler was pumping out heat all night for no reason I could think of.
