Die Lage und vor allem die Ausstattung der Wohnung sind sehr gut. In der Küche sind alle Geräte vorhanden die es braucht. Sie liegt direkt an der Fußgängerzone und nicht weit vom Bahnhof, ist aber trotzdem sehr ruhig. Bäcker und Lebensmittelgeschäft sind quasi direkt vor der Haustür.
Die Sauberkeit der Wohnung lässt doch arg zu wünschen übrig. Insbesondere das Badezimmer hat schon länger keine Grundreinigung mehr gesehen und ist renovierungsbedürftig. Die Matratze des Bettes ist für gewichtigere Personen nicht geeignet. Sie ist durchgelegen und sollte ausgetauscht werden. Das Kühlaggregat des Kühlschranks läuft leider sehr lange und ist recht laut.

Süße kleine gut ausgestattete Wohnung, direkt an der Altstadt gelegen. Von hier aus ist alles super zu Fuß zu erreichen. Ein kostenloser Parkplatz ist ebenso unweit der Hochbrücke gelegen. Und an sich ist Wismar eine sehr schöne Stadt mit sehr freundlichen Menschen und guten Kaffee 's.
Die Matratze ist sehr weich und sollte dringend ausgewechselt werden und das Badezimmer bräuchte dringend eine Grundreinigung

Diese Wohnung ist hervorragend. Oberflächlich erschien alles sauber. Bei näherem Hinsehen wäre auch einmal eine Grundreinigung aller Räume notwendig.

Die Lage ist fantastisch, direkt am Rand der Fußgängerzone, Edeka mit Bäcker, Restaurants und Imbisse fußläufig erreichbar. Die Ausstattung war super, alles sauber, Betten bequem und der Fahrstuhl sehr praktisch. Es waren sogar Eiswürfel da 😊
Da muss ich lange überlegen... ein Parkplatz dabei wäre natürlich schön und vielleicht etwas mehr Platz für Klamotten, aber sonst gibt es nichts auszusetzen.
