Gute Lage zur Altstadt, aber falsche Angaben zur Wohnungsadresse

Die Lage in der Altstadt war sehr schön. Wir hatten für unser Familientreffen 3 Wohnungen. Jede Wohnung für sich war ok. Die Betten waren gut.

Wir haben die 3 sehr teuren Wohnungen ausgewählt, weil alle 3 im selben Haus liegen sollten, also wir damit das gesamte Haus für uns haben sollten: Wallstraße 14. Bei Ankunft wurde uns knapp mitgeteilt, das wäre bei booking zwar so angegeben, aber die große Wohnung liegt in der Wallstraße 7a. Für uns als Familie mit Kleinkind extrem schlecht, unter dieser Voraussetzung hätten wir die Wohnungen nicht gemietet! Die Sauberkeit ließ zu wünschen übrig (Esstisch nicht abgewischt, Duschen mit Schimmel), es fehlte an Gläsern, Besteck etc. Der eine Geschirrspüler war bei Ankunft nicht ausgeräumt.

Ich hatte erwartet, dass die Fotos im Inserat von der Wohnung waren, waren sie aber leider nicht, anscheinend von anderen Wohnungen des Vermieters

Schöne Wohnung, wir haben jedoch gefroren

Gute Lage, sehr zentral, sauber

Zu Beginn war die Heizung aus, über die nächsten Tage wurde es langsam wärmer, am dem vorletzten Tag war die Heizung wieder aus und ist auch nicht wieder angesprungen.

Schöne Wohnung aber absolut mangelnde Sauberkeit

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet und hat eine gute Größe für bis zu 2 Personen. Hunde sind erlaubt. Die Lage ist sehr gut.

Was mir zuerst auffiel war leider dass die Treppe im Haus nach oben zu Wohnung sehr schmutzig war und das ging nach betreten der Wohnung so weiter. Auf dem Fußboden lagen noch jede Menge deutlich sichtbare Krümel unter dem Tisch konnte man noch sehen dass die Vormieter offenbar Körnerbrötchen gegessen hatten. Besonders im Badezimmer waren die Ecken mit verkrustetem Schmutz und Staub bedeckt, was so im Wohnzimmer weiterging und auch den Bereich zwischen Boden und Fußleisten betraf. Da dies auf den 1. Blick auffiel schrieb ich sofort den Vermieter an und bat um Nachbesserung oder um einen Staubsauger dann würde ich es gegen einen Preisnachlass selbst reinigen. Beides erfolgte bis zur Abreise nach 7 Tagen nicht. Es kam lediglich zur Antwort er würde die Reinigungsfirma informieren...Der Seifenspender war leer.

Die Lage ist Top, das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt, die Inhaber haben sich bei Problemen, via WhatsApp, sofort gekümmert

Was auf jeden Fall fehlt ist eine Mikrowelle. Das Knarren der Böden ist sehr unangenehm. Schafen, im Sommer bei offenem Fenster ist, vermutlich auf Grund der Lage eher schlecht

Ein schönes Erlebnis im Herzen von Wismar.

Die Lage war zentral aber ruhig. Die Ausstattung hat alles geboten, was man braucht. Es war sauber und aufgeräumt. Das Bett war bequem.

Die Treppe zur Wohnung war so steil, dass wir unsern Hund immer hoch und runter tragen mussten.. Der Küchenboden hat furchtbar geknarrt.

Ferien im Haus Wallstraße

Die Ferienwohnung ist in einer sehr guten Lage zur Innenstadt und zum alten Hafen. ZOB und Bahnhof fußläufig zu erreichen. Zwei großzügigen Balkone auf 2 Etagen zum Hinterhof. Küche mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. 2 Bäder mit dusche/Badewannen auf 2 Etagen. Freundlicher und unkomplizierte telefonische Absprachen mit dem Vermieter. Wir können es weiterempfehlen.

Für meine Begriffe müsste man vllt. Kleine Reparaturarbeiten mal durchführen. Oder z.b. den Toaster mal erneuern. Wasserdruck im gesamten Haus ist niedrig. Gleichzeitig duschen ist so leider nicht möglich.

Eine wunderschöne Ferienwohnung mit kleinen Problemstellen

Die Ausstattung, Lage der Wohnung und die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren hervorragend Anbindung an den ÖPNV ebenfalls sehr gut. Die Abwicklung bei Ankunft war sehr gut und äußerst leicht und einfach Die Einrichtung der Wohnung ließ keinerlei Wünsche offen

Die Wasserhahn im Bad auf der 1. ETAGE sind restlos verkalkt, sodass am Handwaschbecken nur noch kaltes Wasser floss und auch die Badewanne und Dusche stehen kurz vor dem gleichen Problem. Desweiteren sollten Feuchtigkeitsflecken in beiden Bädern entfernt werden Die Gängigkeit etlicher Schrank-, Zimmer- und Haustüre sollte überprüft werden.
