Costa’s Steak House apartment

De locatie is ideaal. Restaurants, cafeetjes, winkels op 10minuten wandelen. De zee op 20minuten wandelen. Er is een bushalte aan het appartement. De eigenaar reageert zeer snel en is heel vriendelijk. De keuken is prima voor te koken, de badkamer is in orde. De bedden waren vrij hard, maar prima voor een paar nachtjes.

Er is een lampje dat altijd brandt bij de nooduitgang, een slaapmasker kan dus handig zijn voor in de nacht.

I highly recommend this accommodation. We stayed for a week, and the flat had everything we needed. It was fully equipped and very comfortable. The host was incredibly friendly, responsive, and easy to reach. There are several stores nearby, making it very convenient. The food at the steakhouse is outstanding!

If you don't rent a car, walking to the main beaches can be challenging when it's very hot.

The host was very friendly and kind. The steakhouse was excellent, and guests we got a 20% discount at the restaurant. The main amenities are available, including a water cooker, microwave, AC, iron, hair dryer etc.

We paid €130 per night, which we found overpriced, since everything is a bit run down and needs a major overhaul with some TLC. For example, the silicon sealant of the sink and especially the shower were black with a thick mold, which is a critical health hazard. The shower is narrow, small and dark. The toilet is pressed against the wall on one side, so you need to sit sideways. The double bed is very hard. The balcony is narrow and always wet from AC, and the strip of garden out front is currently more of a construction site. No cleaning service or towel and bedsheet change are offered. So, it is all in the details. Everything is a 10 - 20 minute walk away. Beware, the lady in the Athena supermarket is very toxic. The best supermarket is in the village itself, or the Village Market. A bakery and laundry service 100 meters ftom the apartment is nice. Liapades beach itself is full and the water is very dirty. Rovinia is beach overrun with tourists. Luckily we found the hidden Glykos beach. The "Greek Night" at Adriolos was great fun. We decided to leave one day earlier.
