מיקום מעולה קרוב להכל לאזור היהודי מסעדות כשרות בית כנסת קרוב למדרחוב מרחק הליכה לאתרי תיירות ויש חניה צמוד לבנין יש מעלית לדירה הדירה גדולה מרווחת מוארת מנהלת הנכס היתה זמינה
המיטה עשתה רעשים בכל תזוזה קבלת המפתח נמצא בכניסה לדירה ועם הכניסה לדירה לקחת את כרטיס החניה שהמתין בסלון ואז לרדת לרכב זה היה מסורבל הסתדרנו אבל בזמן ההמתנה על המדרכה זה לקח מספר דקות ועשו לנו בעיות ברחוב עם הרכב (בקשו שנזוז) בחזור זה קל יותר כי הבנו את התהליך החניה נוחה היא לא מקורה נמצאת במגרש חניה צמוד למתחם (גטו יהודי הסטורי )

Локация, просторен апартамент.
Хигиената - пода не беше почистен хубаво, имаше прах и косми. Възглавниците ниски и неудобни, хавлиите миришеха странно, завесите не бяха плътни и разкачени, което създаваше неудобство и не беше приятно, виждаше се всичко отсреща.

Lokacija je izvrsna. Apartman je bio prostran i topao.
Zgrada je u jako lošem stanju. Oštećen namještaj, nedostatak suđa. Putevi za izlaz u slučaju požara ili neke nezgode jako nesigurni odnosno evakuacijski putevi loši.
