The balcony and the silence

It was very clean, coazy, parking was free but you have to ask for instructions. Has all the necessary essentials. Overall a very pleasant experience.

You can't really find anything to complain about, maybe i wish they would have put a shower gel as well in the bathroom. And the bedroom blinds were tied down, i don't know if that was on purpose or not or if i was to stupid to realize how to open them.

A szállás nyugodt, csendes környéken található. Közvetlenül a szállás főbejáratánál található egy nagyon hangulatos reggeliző. A társasházhoz tartozik egy udvar, ami épp elég volt arra egy 3 éves gyerkőccel, hogy labdázzunk, szaladgáljunk kicsit tovább indulás előtt. A szoba egy új, modern társasházban található, jó érzés volt megérkezni egy ilyen szép helyre. A szállásadóval könnyű volt a kommunikáció viberen keresztül, elküldte a főbejárathoz tartozó kódot és a kulcsszéf kódját. A szoba modern, tágas, erkélyes, udvarra néző volt. Ár-érték arányban tökéletes.

Egy kicsit lehetett volna tisztább.

Unfortunately, my experience at this property was not a pleasant one. I have not encountered a similar situation on other trips. I initially asked whether early check-in was possible and was informed that it was not, which I understood. Later, the host sent me a message about 15 minutes before the official check-in time, saying that I could come. I arrived at 3:30 PM, which was already 30 minutes after the check-in time, only to find that cleaning was still in progress. I was told there had been a misunderstanding regarding the cleaning schedule and that we needed to wait another 30 minutes. We agreed and left. When we returned at 4:00 PM, we were told the apartment was ready; however, it was not properly cleaned. The coffee machine was dirty, there was dust and dirt under the bed, bottles of water were left in the apartment, dirty dishes were left inside the dishwasher, and cigarette butts were left on the balcony. Additionally, the listing mentions that an iron is provided, but it was not available in the apartment. I contacted the host because we needed it and was told that someone would bring it the next day. However, no one came, and after following up, communication became unresponsive until check-out. I believe these issues reflect poor organization, cleanliness, and communication, which significantly impacted our stay.
