City Pearl in Palace District

A very clean and well maintained apartment in a great location. Despite the busy location it was quiet and comfortable. The host was welcoming, informative and helpful throughout. The apartment is on the 3rd floor - the small lift is fast. There are very good transport links to any part of the city.

Air conditioning is in the living room only - which wasn't clear from the description. While we were there the daytime temperatures were 30-32 degrees and the bedroom was quite warm at night.

Excellent location. Spacious living room and well-equipped kitchen. A kind landlord who gave us complete information about transport and places to visit.

I didn't notice any significant flaws.

Beautiful apartment with high ceilings, gorgeous furnishings: a combination of Scandinavian/minimal/retro style. A pristine, lovely bathroom with bathtub and all amenities including detergent. Great and clean kitchen with Nespresso machine /capsules. There is a huge TV where we could binge watch movies from Netflix. The location is great: metro station (behind which is a small market hall with a Spar supermarket, and in front of you are Combino trams 4 and 6. New York Café is in walking distance. Ivan is very friendly and helpful. Thank you for everything!
