As ever in Thailand friendly , smiley staff .
Three rooms in 24 hours . 5204 overbearing smell of mothball type chemical. Moved to 5104 smell faint . Woke to fine smell had forced my wife to sleep on the balcony couch outside . Shower head leaked when filling bath which we didn’t realise so puddle of water when went to fill bath . Started looking at other hotels nearby with a view to moving out . Then offered 6104 different building . Immediately ran bath and found diverter valve leaking . Maintenance on site to replace o ring seal for an hour . Next two days found shower head leaked when filling bath so draped inside bath as filled . Complete bath could move 6-8 cm as wasn’t fixed to the floor . But the drain didn’t leak . Failed totally to acknowledge the faults other than change the rooms .
Hotel is built into hill as a series of building linked by sloped roadways and stairs and steps . Golf carts on site so you could be delivered and collected from rooms . Look at roofline of properties to see where the lift machinery spaces are to find where the lifts are in the different buildings
