    The apartment itself was surprisingly complete in the way that the owners seems to have really thought through what might be needed for a stay, there was many small details that we didnt notice immediately but that "suddenly appeared" when we needed it during our stay. It was really clean and ours was a pool access room too so great for cocktails on the terrace and then jump straight into the pool that even had a waterfall in it. The development itself was located literally on the beach road, 7 Eleven was 1 min walk from the entrance and there was proper supermarkets and plenty of bars and restaurants within 5 min walk. They even offered scooters and bikes for rent, which is the first time we have had that service when staying in an apartment.

    We had an excellent stay here. The apartment is in a great location, just a short stroll to Rawai beach and a good range of restaurants, yet tucked away enough to feel calm and quiet. The space is compact but very well designed, with lots of clever storage and everything you need for a comfortable stay: iron, microwave, hairdryer, washing machine, dehumidifier, fast internet, clean sheets, a very comfortable bed, pans, crockery, cutlery, glasses and a proper fridge-freezer. The coffee maker and blender were thoughtful touches, and there was always plenty of hot water plus two efficient A/C units to keep things cool. The owners were only ever a short text away and responded quickly and helpfully whenever we had a question, which made the whole experience feel relaxed and easy. The pool just a few steps from the apartment is excellent, and the small gym is basic but perfectly serviceable for a workout. Given the quality of the facilities and the location, the price represents very good value. Highly recommended – we would happily stay here again.
