Room, facilities and pool really good.
Internal environment of hotel good quality.
Walking distance to great restaurants and on main road if you're needing to get grab.
Short drive to rawai beach too
Check in staff seemed confused and took forever to check in
Breakfast was rather poor and breakfast staff more interested in their own breakfast than making sure there were enough plates and glasses.

The rooms were clean and comfortable
No lamp in room, no nets at window. No menu given at breakfast time.
